Hello Exhibitors and Sponsors,

The first AAGC Virtual Conference starts in 2 days.  By now, you have logged-in to the Virtual Event Place platform where AAGC2020 will be hosted. It is mandatory that you log-in before the show to decrease chances of technical issues.

 If you have logged in before (when you created your booth), please use the password you created.  Did you forget your password? No worries, please use the password reset button and check your email inbox for details. Make sure to check your spam folder in the event it lands there. This will come from info@VirtualEventPlace.com.

So now that you know you’re set up to attend and have participated in the DEMO SHOW to test video/text chat and Zoom access, it’s time to identify your objectives and goals for attending AAGC2020. 

Do you want to network with more peers and prospects? If so, then connect and search for prospects, clients and friends at the networking lounge during non-exhibit hours.  Also take the time to search for key people, connect and/or send a message through the show chat feature.

Here is a checklist of some ways you can prepare for success:

1. Exhibit hours are 8:00-4:30 CT on Thursday and 8:00-3:00 CT on Friday.  Please staff your booth during the exhibit hours, or keep on eye on who is adding chat or leaving a business card.  Outside of exhibit times, you can also connect with attendees and chat with them in the networking lounge.
2. Upload your picture to make your chatting experience more friendly and welcoming
3. Network with others via search tool and in your booth
4. Attend some sessions and share fun facts on social media to build your digital audience.
5. Reach out to your contacts who’ll be attending the event and let them know about your exhibit.
