AAGC Conference 2025 

"Navigating Gifted Journeys"

October 8 - 10, 2025


Dear Exhibitors/Vendors/Sponsors: 

The Alabama Association for Gifted Children's state conference will be held Wednesday-Friday on October 8 - 10, 2025, at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza hotel  at 64 South Water Street, Mobile, AL.  

Our Wednesday keynote speaker is Dr. Tarek Grantham. Our keynote speaker  Thursday will be Stephanie Higgs, Little Miss Gifted. 

Your participation as a vendor this year will get conference admission for up to two people. This year is “First come, first served” on your selection of where you want your table. Once registered and paid, I will follow up and mark your selection for your booth. Exhibitor  space is $300 for profit and $200 for non-profit for one 6' table. Booths also include  tablecloths, chairs, conference bag, snack bag, and company information listed in the App  Exhibitor Directory. Access to electricity is $75. Lunch is not included.  

There are several opportunities to participate in the conference. There are three opportunities to be a Tier 1 sponsor, multiple Tier II – Tier IV opportunities, and options to sponsor various conference items. The details for the tier sponsorship opportunities are on  Page 2 of this letter. 

We will host Parent Night Wednesday night of the conference as a virtual event, and  you can be the lead sponsor that night for $300. Last year, we had over 100 parents  participate. Creativity Night will be held on Thursday night. With your sponsorship of one of  these nights, you would have the opportunity to speak about your program for five minutes,  the chance to introduce the Parent night speaker if you would like, and we will include a  digital handout of your selection in our communication with the participants the following  day. 

Exhibitors/vendors may set up on Tuesday after 5:00 PM and Wednesday at 7:00 AM.  Exhibit hours are from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Wednesday and Thursday. Friday is a half-day session ending at 12:30 PM. We will have “swag” bags for you at registration and we’d ask that you bring a door prize we can give away to attendees.

If you require electricity, you may order access with your registration. There will be an extra  charge for electricity as outlined in the chart. 

Do I need to register for the convention? 

If you do not plan to attend any of the conference sessions, meals, or events, you do not need  to register for the conference. If you wish to participate in any of these events, you and your  representatives must register separately at the regular conference rate.  

Can I present at the convention?  

Yes, if approved. If you are interested in presenting, please submit an entry using our Call for Proposals Form before June 6, 2025. If approved, your presentation will provide a note that  you are also a conference vendor.  Call for Proposals Link: https://forms.gle/SVZihM16i1faWc1R7

Exhibit Space Assignments  

Exhibit space is limited and is assigned. To reserve a space, vendors must complete the  registration form and payment. All vendors will be placed in the main conference area to  provide maximum exposure.  


Are there opportunities for additional sponsorships? 

The AAGC app is where conference attendees go to view the conference schedule and  information. Vendors may purchase an alert to be placed in our app for $125 on a given day. If  you plan to purchase an alert, please contact me by Oct. 1.  


Cancellation Policy  

All exhibit space cancellations must be submitted to the AAGC vendor contact  (ehurst08@gmail.com) before October 1, 2025. Cancellations received by Sept. 30, 2025,  will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given on cancellations received on or after Oct. 1,  2025.  


Accommodations  

Vendors may purchase hotel accommodations at the conference rate by using the hotel portal link found at  AAGC Conference 2025.
